BOOKING PROCESS

Please submit your inquiry at: reservations@unionsquareinn.com, letting us know the exact dates of your stay and the room category you are interested in.

STEP 1.
RENTAL APPLICATION.

Fill out the application form, send it and wait for our response.

STEP 2.
PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTS.

1. Prepare a copy of your ID or passport.
2. If you are employed, prepare a proof of employment
3. If you are a student, prepare an acceptance letter from your school or university
4. If you are just visiting, prepare a copy of your VISA

STEP 3.
LEASE AGREEMENT.

Once you choose your apartment and get approved, we will send you the lease and rider agreement to be signed

STEP 4.
DEPOSIT

Upon signing the lease, you will be asked to submit a refundable deposit

STEP 5.
FINALIZING YOUR TRIP.

Schedule your arrival and key pick up with the manager

STEP 6.
MOVE IN.

You’re all set and ready to check-in!

*In order to meet income requirements, every applicant needs to provide proof of annual income of at least 40x the monthly rent or more. If the requirement is not met, the applicant is required to provide a guarantor with an annual income of at least 80x of monthly rent or more.
